Deep Tissue

Medium to deep pressure. Targets specific physical problems by using relaxation techniques to release tension. Excellent for chronic pain, sports injuries, stress, and stiffness due to surgery or accidents such as whiplash, back strain, etc.

Myofascial Release

Uses gentle kneading manipulation that softly stretches, softens, lengthens, and realigns soft tissue (fascia) with the goal of elimination of pain and increasing range of motion
